No records of his children's birth have been located. He was a stone mason.4 He and Mary Kilmartin appeared on the 1871 English Census of 64/65 Walker Lane, Derby, Derbyshire, England, enumerated 2 April 1871. Their children John, Mary, Edward and Elizabeth were listed as living with them.1 He and Mary Kilmartin appeared on the 1881 English Census of Derby enumerated 3 April 1881. Their children John and James were listed as living with them.5 He died on 12 April 1884 in Derby, Derbyshire, England.6,7 On 12 April 1884 Patrick John Kilmartin and Mary Kilmartin lived in 65 Walker Lane, Derby, Derbyshire, England.7 His estate, valued at about 35 pounds was probated on 31 December 1885 in Derby, England. Antonia with their three boys.2 He was a attorney and Justice at The Hague. He and Eleanor Gertrude Kranenburg were found on a passenger list on 23 June 1938 aboard the SS Nieuw Amsterdam, arriving in New York from Rotterdam.2 He and Eleanor Gertrude Kranenburg were found on a passenger list on 20 July 1946 arriving in New York aboard the SS Noordam, sailing from Rotterdam.2 He died on 12 September 1949 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, at age 79.1
